Due to COVID-19, and in an abundance of caution we have implemented policies recommended or required by the local government and DAN (Divers Alert Network).
Our policies include reducing our passenger load from 14 divers to 8 divers, to ensure adequate social distancing. This has required a slight (hopefully temporary) increase in our normal prices.
Our new limited load will provide a personal experience you won't forget and can't get anywhere else!

Trip Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your trip you must phone us at 949-247-1106 or email us from the form on the contact us page on or before the cancellation deadline noted below. When you call or email leave the names of all individuals that need to cancel, the trip date and a contact phone number.
If you are on a Single Day Open Boat or a Single Day Free-Diving Trip the cancellation is 7 DAYS prior.
If you are on a Multi-Day Open Boat trip or a Multi-Day Free-Diving Trip the cancellation is 30 DAYS prior.
If you cancel inside the cancellation period or do not show up for any reason, your trip will not be refunded. You are responsible for the full cost of your trip. We do not offer rain checks.
This cancellation policy applies only to our Open Boat and Free-Diving Trips. If you have booked your trip through a group that has chartered our boat, their cancellation policy applies to that trip. You would need to speak to that group for information and to cancel.
Each of our first captains has over 30 years of experience in our oceans and they pay close attention to the weather forecasts. With the forecasts and their expertise they decide when and if a trip needs to be canceled for the safety of our passengers. Weather forecasts can be wrong and can change, so it is important to trust our captains' experience. Our boat is large and the islands offer a great deal of protection, so even if the weather report does not seem ideal we can still find great diving in protected areas of the islands. We do still run our trips if there is rain as we do have a large galley and other amenities to offer protection from the rain and to keep warm. If we do need to cancel a trip for any reason, we will do so as soon as is possible, but at the latest by noon on the day before the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
